Prolific young adult author and TV personality David Walliams is no longer with his publisher HarperCollins UK, as confirmed by the firm.
A spokesman for the firm said: "Following a thorough review, and with the guidance of its recently appointed chief executive, HarperCollins UK will not be releasing future works by David Walliams."
It has been reported that the decision was taken subsequent to an investigation into reports of inappropriate behaviour directed at women.
The firm has not elaborated on the reasons for its decision, stating: "We refrain from speaking about internal matters."
Walliams ranks among Britain's most prolific writers for young readers, having sold over six tens of millions of copies internationally in five dozen languages.
His first children's book, *The Boy in the Dress*, was published by HarperCollins fifteen years ago.
Several of his titles, such as *Gangsta Granny* and *Billionaire Boy*, have found new life as television films.
His bibliography includes in excess of 40 works in total, including a festive story called *Santa & Son*, which was published by HarperCollins in October.
He first rose to fame on the TV sketch series *Little Britain* and has additionally received National Television Awards for his duties as an arbiter on *Britain's Got Talent*.
He was awarded an OBE back in 2017 for his services to philanthropic and artistic endeavors.
This move occurs subsequent to the appointment of Kate Elton as HarperCollins UK's recent CEO this past October.
