Mikel Arteta Admits Long-Term Role Is Tied to Winning Major Honors.

As he approaches his six-year milestone at the helm, Mikel Arteta has stated plainly that his continued role with the club is directly connected to delivering trophies.

Reflecting on: Six Years in Charge

The Spanish coach was appointed on the 20th of December in 2019 and managed to steer the team to an cup win within months. But, that first major trophy remains his sole major honor following the departure of Unai Emery.
